Additional information would make it easier for readers to help you. Please indicate what service and port did not respond (i.e. is it NRPC on port 1352 or LDPA, or SMPT...) and exactly what the error message was and whether the error occurs on the client or the server. Indicate if the server responds from the server machine itself (i.e. use telnet to access the port).
